Welcome to Coachova LLC ("Coachova," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website at coachova.com and purchasing or enrolling in our courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or purchasing our products, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products and Services

Coachova provides digital educational products and coaching programs. Our offerings include self-paced online courses, group coaching programs, and done-with-you mentorship packages. All course content is delivered digitally via our secure online learning portal.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any product or service at any time with reasonable notice to existing customers.

3. Payment and Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through our payment processor (Stripe). By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the amount indicated at checkout.

We offer the following enrollment tiers:

• Self-Study — $1,000 one-time payment
• Guided Coaching — $2,500 one-time payment
• Done With You — $5,000 one-time payment

All prices are subject to change. Changes will not affect purchases already completed.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all enrollment tiers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date by emailing support@coachova.com. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Refunds are not available after 30 days from the purchase date, or for students who have completed more than 80% of the course content, or for coaching sessions already conducted.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, templates, videos, written lessons, and other resources provided by Coachova are protected by copyright and are the intellectual property of Coachova LLC. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your own educational purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, share, or publicly display any course materials without express written permission from Coachova LLC.

6. Earnings Disclaimer

Results shared by students represent individual outcomes and are not typical. Coachova makes no guarantee of specific financial results from completing our courses. Your results will depend on your individual effort, market conditions, prior experience, and many other factors outside our control. This is an educational program, not a business opportunity or get-rich-quick scheme.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use our platform or content to:

• Share your login credentials or course access with others
• Reproduce or distribute course materials without permission
• Engage in harassment or abusive conduct in any community spaces
• Use content to create competing products without permission

Violations may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coachova LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
