How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@coachova.com within 30 days of your purchase date with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your name and the email address used at checkout. We will process your request within 2 business days and issue the refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- Request is submitted within 30 calendar days of your purchase date
- You have not completed more than 80% of the course content
- For Guided Coaching and Done With You tiers: refunds apply to the base course portion only if live coaching sessions have already been conducted
Non-Refundable Items
- Refund requests submitted after 30 days from purchase
- Students who have completed more than 80% of course modules
- Live 1-on-1 coaching sessions already conducted (Done With You tier)
- Group coaching calls already attended (Guided Coaching tier)
Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are always willing to resolve issues promptly and fairly. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in account termination and loss of access to course materials.
